(2) With stress U lead Ur life with fear or with anger?. Is it good for Ur health? Can U achieve happiness as promised by God?
(3) When curing a blind man, why Jesus apply paste with spittle and asked him to wash at Silome? Why all this rigmarole? He should have cured him without doing anything?. What do U mean by a process?.
Cooking means process U adopt to make Ur food tasty. Do U like raw meat to eat everyday?.what is the process U adopt to follow God's will?
(4) Though U can give reasons for Ur Stress, can U find direct solutions,without support of 3rd party?
(5)Stress- is defined as feeling being over loaded. Did Jesus showed us how to mange our mental & physical stress from Gethsamani & Golgotha?.Have U seen Holy mary being stressed at any time? Why?

Reflection for 26th march 2017, celebrating 4th Sunday mass of lent season,of cycle 1. Church invite us to analyze, how to manage your stresses and worries and be healthy. Also to analyze value of following process. Very valuable reflection in anticipating today's problems!
Let us analyze the effects of
Stress & Worries, into your life!
A lecturer raised a glass of water&asked how heavy it is?
Answers ranged around 10 ozs.
Her answer?
The heaviness does not depend on the ABSOLUTE WEIGHT but on how long she holds the glass!
It will be MORE HEAVY if it was held for 1 hr (leading to an ache)& LESS if it was held only for 1 min.If it was held for a DAY her arm'll feel NUMB& PARALYSED.
In each case weight of the glass does not change,but the longer It was held,the heavier it become.
Stresses&Worries in life are like the glass of water. More you hold worries more you get hurt and if you think about them all day,you will feel paralysed- incapable of being happy.
Hence it's important to let go of stress.
There is a process to hand over such implied from Gospel
(1)convert you trust to FAITH in God, every sensible person have realized God in his life. He trust the existence of God. But he failed
to convert that trust to Faith, without following what God has asked him to do?
This is the problem with many people. There is a process to follow!
(2)then HAND OVER all stress to Mary(just like what the wedding couple did in Cana)so that U can put glass down,without hurting your selves.
Stress factor can be defned as = No of worries you suffer/day X average time you spend for each of worrying
Effect of Stress!
When you don't know how to manage your worries, without your knowledge you over load your mind making you unhealthy!. You can easily become sick, when you let worry to persist in your mind. Can you avoid worries in leading your life. Any person in this world will have worries, otherwise he is abnormal!. When you don't know how to manage your worry or fear, you keep on analyzing too much on it. Analyze how to resolve your worry,have a plan how to clear it by your self. But sometimes you might be worried about a problem which you cannot resolve by yourself. Under such, you stop worrying and hand over your problem to Holy mary, for her to have intercession with God for a resolution. For that you have to be friendly with mary.
How to be friendly with Mary?
Mary introduced miraculious medal to catherine, and asked you to wear it for her maternal intercession. Still St catherine in corrupt body, you can see at paris.
Then mary has introduced very good meditation method: I.e rosary. Pray the daily rosary!
Any person, who wears a miraculious medal and pray daily rosary, will never go astray. Holy mary will intercede with God, on behalf of him, for his guaranteed happiness.
Today's reading:
Book of samuel says(1S 16:1.6-7.10-13 " david is anointed king of Isreal"
Paul to Episians says (Ep 5:8-14)"rise from the death And Christ will shine on you"
Jn 9:1-41 says"he went off and washed himself came away with his sight restored"
Reflection: how we respond to persure can vary from person to person. In john gospel there are 2 related stories, where men being healed. One in chapter 5 and other in chapter 9,today's reading. man at the pool eventually betrayed Jesus. Man born blind eventually resists pressure and even grows on the strength of it. Part of his energy comes from his experience- no matter what others say about Jesus. He Himself once was blind and now he sees. His courageous attachment to what he knows from his personal encounter when Jesus leads eventually to a full act of faith.
Jesus showed a process of curing a blind man. With his spittle and making and paste and applying to blind mans eye, HE clearly shows that we should follow a process to manage our worries. Otherwise HE should have cleared blindness, with nothing:
Process is defined as sequence of interdependent and linked procedures which at every stage consume one or more resources (employee time,energy, money or mAchines) into outputs. These out put next serve as input to the next stage until a known Goal or end result achieved. For every output, human need a process to be followed. JESUS too showed here how to use a process to clear blindness and remind us for treatment of our worries, a clear process to follow.
What is the process, HE showed us?
Take today's gospel, as an example, HE should have cleared the blindness, without dong anything! But HE didnot use that method. HE cleArly showed a process has to be followed. Take another Example: at cana, HE pretended not to know the wine is depleted at the wedding: HE allowed Holy MAry to know: why HE is showing us a process that has to be followed to get the required out put wine. What is the process (1) filling water (2) be friendly with Holy Mary. Filling water means you follow 7 ethics And be friendly with mary is to wear miraculous medal+pray daily rosary.
When you have all fish or meat and other ingredients, without following a process, can you cook Without a process?. Without cooking can you enjoy?. Human needs a process to be followed for any outputs, otherwise they become like an animAl.
Very clear processes are being given to reach the happiness under the control of God:
(1) Convert your trust to faith with God. Most of the people in the world trust that they cannot do every thing in this world. So they believe about God. But they failed to convert trust to faith, either due to lack of knowledge, as what God has asked to do to follow HIM.
(2)Identify clearly what HE has asked you to follow HIM. Know clearly 10 commandments+ 7 vices. Know 7 ethics. PrActice these to remove your blindness With knowledge
(3) Follow the process given by God, for the treatments of your sins.(Going against 7 Ethics) process is REPENTANCE, CONFESSION WITH A PRIEST+ INDULGENCE
(4)Part of the process attend Sunday mass, concentrate more on 3 readings:.
(5)Part of the process receive Eucharist+follow church rules+love another+pardoned all.

Reason for your worry and holding that worry?
You can find many reasons for your worry but when your worry cannot be treated, some people attribute that worry to karma, and keep on worrying. The only treatment for your worries, which you cannot treat is to hand over such to God, whom you have develop faith, whom you think that HE can resolve anything, Which can lead to +ve thinking, to resolve your stress. In doing so follow the process, that God asked you to do?
In conclusion, today church invite us to analyze, 5 major factors
(1) How to manage our human worries and be healthy in our life
(2) What is the value of process to be followed, in every action in your life?
(3) What is the role of Mary and saints, in resolving stresses in your life?
(4) Why you get stresses and worries? Can you avoid this?
(5) Why catholic church guide you the easy path to resolve your worries?
