Ezekiel talks about renouncing Jesus correctly!.

JESUS LOVE CELEBRATIONS!.

His 1st miracle was to turn water into wine(not vinegar!).He was constantly invited to dinner at Nicodemus/peter etc. Night before He was arrested,He gathered His staff to sing songs &dine. When crowds came He was adamant that nobody leave with empty stomach. He turned one boys lunch for 1000's. He told story's of a king who arranged banquets & then got angry,when nobody came. He spoke of a father throwing a lavish party to celebrate wayward son's return!. When Jesus returned He prepared a fish barbecue on the shore(team picnic).

HE CAME FROM  A HAPPY PLACE & HE KNEW HE WAS RETURNING TO A VERY HAPPY PLACE.

Mt18:15-20 ends"..where 2or3 meet in my name,I shall be there with them".perhaps He saw a party coming ON!.Indeed His invitations read"I go to prepare a place for you".

LEARNING TO LOVE & FORGIVING(to manage disagreements)ARE BASIC NEEDS TO ORGERNISE AN EFFECTIVE PARTY!.

Disagreement mainly stemming from Personal freedom. He is not correct/He should not have done that. Disagreements are ever present in our life either at home or office!. How to treat these disagreements from Catholism?

(1) You agree to other, by handing over your disagreement to Holy Mary. Carry out action happily! You will see, your disagreement start dissolving!

(2) When your disagreement need action pertaining to your personal freedom, handover to JESUS AT THE CROSS, do it happily(if the action lies with your personal freedom only). Remembering Jesus word "If anybody asked you to carry 1 miles, carry 2 miles". Similarly you will see the disagreement settled.

WHEN YOU MANAGE DISAGREEMENTS YOU WILL HAVE A PEACEFUL MIND!. DON'T LIVE WITH DISAGREEMENTS TO ACCUMULATE  IN YOUR MIND!, THIS WILL MAKE YOUR BLOOD BECOMING HOT, WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE, YOUR PHYSICAL HEALTH TOO, WILL GO DOWN!

and Your life river, 2 banks start leaking,water flow will not go to sea & your river will become a lake!

Mt(16:21-27)JESUS said to peter"Get behind me satan you are an obstacle to my path,because the way you think is not God's way but man's"reminds you how to handle your life crosses!.

CROSS!,vertical bar represent GOD's WILL, while horizontal bar represent your WILL,which negates,contradicts& crosses it.

Trying to make God out of EGO of your OWN WILL does not bring happiness!. Every unhappy soul,has a Cross embedded in it. For Jesus Cross meant embarrassing HIS Fathers Will!, placing His life completely in Fathers care!.

If you answer to yourself "WHAT ATTITUDE & ATTACHMENTS of mine hindering me to follow Jesus teaching?" & correct your self, you can manage your life crosses!.

A. Back ground:

 last few sundays, we were reminded, how to develop our life river, which is having 2 banks and water flow!. This is connected to our birth. When we were born we start
(1)BREATHING
(2) TRYING TO WALK ON THE GROUND
(3)DEVELOP OUR MIND WITH IMPROVING OUR DECESION MAKING ABILITY.
All 3 are analogous to our life river!.

 In order develop our 2 banks(A)
We should follow
(1) 10 commandments
(2)should not allow anger to develop our mind
(3)be active without sleepy-cheerfulness
(4) we should not waste a single minute
(5)drink enough water
(6) do exercise.

When you follow the above, then you can take starting point of your river to higher mountain, by developing your talents with God and support your neighbor with charity. Your water flow become powerful.

Last sundays we focused how to treat fear and sorrow in your life!.
To avoid your fear and sorrow, in your life(water path) the christian method is to invite Holy Mary, by wearing miraculous medal, with reciting daily rosary!.

By chance when you get fear and sorrow, you can always, get the support of your favorite saints to intersect on behalf of you with God!.

Today
It focused, as how to drive your water flow,according to the God's will. This is one of the major requirement to be satisfied as a catholic. Here we should keep it in our mind  that  outcome of any action,human cannot,really predict 100%, the final knowledge is with God.


B. Preamble for today's reading:

B.1 what is CROSS!
In the global villege concept, information flow is very fast!. This will lead to develop many disagreements among people!. Every person in this world is conditioned with his own views depending upon
(1) Where he lived and how he is programmed for the culture(Dog stake in America will not be entertained, but certain parts of india, it may entertain. In contrary  beef stake will be hated in India!)
(2) The influence of his parents, teachers during his child hood
(3)How he is programmed about TRUTH from his religion!

When 2 people with differently programmed live together,in happy times they synchronized, where as, most of unhappy times they are of different views. Certain views I might think correct may not be same for you. This is a simple CROSS we experience in our day to day life. How to treat these CROSSES?
(1) Certain arguments you might think that outcomes are most probable for you, where as other might not think so. You under protest follow the other view
(2)You force others to follow, in different opinions, if you the boss!
(3)Certain actions you are compelled to allow, in order your mind to keep peaceful, though, the probability of out come, you think negative!
In order to manage CROSSES for above
(1) Case- you carry out happily(if it is outside religious law & government law), by handing over such disagreements to Holy Mary(normal christianity principal)
(2) Case- you verify your anticipated outcomes
(3) Case- serious, and it is normally called- spiritual darkness- in this case too, similar to case(1) if it is within your personal freedom, you forget your view, handing over such disagreements to Holy Mary,and don't allow your mind to analyze. Allow that action to float!


B.3- St Augustine(354-430),at age of 33 realized only thru' Jesus christ, he can find TRUTH and ETERNAL SALVATION, told
"TAKE MY HEART, O' LORD,FOR I CANNOT GIVE IT TO YOU!KEEP MY HEART,FOR I CANNOT KEEP IT FOR YOU! SEND ME ANY CROSS THAT WILL KEEP ME SUBJECT TO YOUR CROSS, AND SAVE ME INSPITE OF MYSELF!"
 Doubtlessly he was,one of the world greatest thinkers, in the church: as a theologian and philosopher.

C. Today's reading

Mt(16:21-27)JESUS said to peter" Get behind me satan you are an obstacle to my path, because the way you think is not God's way but man's"reminds you, how to handle your life crosses!. Normally we tend to think bias to worldly affairs. Sometimes,We cannot understand why so much suffering!. Why christians are murdered in countries? Why God allow them?. But God is having very much larger plan than us. We cannot avail all the outcomes for an action. We try our level best according to the worldly knowledge that we have.

So this gospel reading reminds us to be humble and patient for any out comes, trusting that god is the ultimate provider of Happiness, individual to every one!

So when we analyze the CROSS?

In further analysis, you will see that

CROSS!,vertical bar represent GOD's WILL, while horizontal bar represent your WILL,which negates,contradicts& crosses it.

Without our knowledge,due to lack of awareness developed, we tend to force our will. This is coming mainly from silence Ego, that we have developed in our inner life!.

Adam and Eve make a terrible mistake, by going against the law, to make them equal to God!. When you think that you are the ultimate authority, without your knowledge you develop EGO.
That is why the first commandment of christianity is worshiping. We should worship only God!by action too.(Not only mentally)

Trying to make God out of EGO of your OWN WILL does not bring happiness!. Every unhappy soul,has a Cross embedded in it.

 Jesus clearly showed us that Cross meant em brassing HIS Fathers Will!, placing His life completely in Fathers care!.

A.1- God is for everybody
(1)we got to know that there are no denomination for God for human, whether you are a catholic, christian or Buddhist, but if you keep your MIND CALM, with LOVING OTHERS, even non christians can enjoy HAPPINESS!. Main thing for christians or catholics is to understand the Jesus new teaching of love and practically see how you implement those things into your life!.(You will find Jesus teaching can be easily realized, independent of where you live in this world)

A.2- value of intercessionary prayers for Catholics!

(2) We got to know, the value of intercession prayers in christianity. God never asked Cannaaite women daughter to come!. With intercession prayers, you become a bigger family. If I asked you to pray for me, what I am requesting is to include me in your family!. This will enhance that God is single father of every human being!.
Today it invites you to have self assessment about your self with regard to your happiness!
Today readings invites us, to review our faith and realize how much God has done individual to me!

Quality: quality is defined as the experience between, what you expect and what you achieve. If your expectation match to your achievement, you say it is good quality!.
From a religion, you expect to be happy with,every minute of your life. Always TIME is moving. Hence always you have to analyze the present moment and die to the past moment. If you happy with present moment with christianity, have a self evaluation WHY?
If you are not happy, first be clear,as what you expect from your religion, then identify it's basic rules and see whether you are implementing correctly!

B.2 Example of Holy Mary

Today's reading:

C.1. HOW TO DEVELOP OUR ENERGY?

Paul says:"ALL THAT EXIST COMES FROM GOD"reminds that God has created everything in this universe. Only God is
Eternal and Powerful.(Normally we understand Powerful means that you can do what ever you want,at any time/ but the correct word is OMNIPOTENT and OMNIPRESENT-able to do every thing and  able to present every where at all times).

when we think about ourself, I cannot replace my aching knee by myself or I cannot kill the worm, in my own stomach!. So I need support of medicine or a doctor etc. So I am powerless. If I can get the support of another human, for my convenience, I become powerful. Here powerful means, THE ABILITY TO CONTROL AND INFLUENCE EVENTS AND OTHER PEOPLES ACTIONS!.
God POWERFULNESS(OMNIPOTENT and OMNIPRESENT) should be clearly understood!.
Most of developing countries, assume the PARENTS are GOD at home and they start WORSHIPPING them. This is due to lack of knowledge about words WORSHIPPING TO RESPECT and POWERFULNESS TO OMNIPOTENT with OMNIPRESENCE

Hence human life is powerless! Human life is time dependent, and the body is perishable. ONLY SOUL(mind+free will) will be eternal!
Our talents can be converted to energy by(1)be happy(peaceful mind)(2) with good health(without lazy)(3) using latest technology(be efficient-per unit time many works can be carried out)
Your life river, water flow can be strong, by developing your talents to ENERGY!

So paul word is still haunting our mind to develop our energy!


C.2 IF WE DONT DEVELOP OUR ENERGY?

Prophet Issaias reminds that you are subject to change,if God finds you IDLING!

Modern science still haunting to find reasons about the behavior of weather and how to control the weather! Still they are miles far away!
Also science doesn't know how your cells in your body dies and the pattern of regeneration!

Modern science knows how a mobile telephone or data communication works. Telephone operator of your mobile knows what you are doing, where you travel and the telephone operator is a having a record of that!. For him to do everything, he doesn't have a physical connection that you can see or feel from your telephone to outside network.

But air is produce by God. Without air you cannot live!. We don't know from where air is coming,still science is searching!. From air we can think that God will get to know what is in our mind. Only my free will, I can decide what to do? Where God will not interfere, if I ignore HIM!. God can influnce my body cell, through the physical connection of air!. This may be a analogy for us to understand, how God can influence our body!
If we don't convert our talents to energy, today thru' Issaiah God's invite our attention to remove our Laziness( worldly attraction) to get His blessings!


C.3 WHO I AM?
Today's gospel, invites you individually to answer a question "who I am"
Mt:16:13-20;Jesus question"WHO DO U SAY THAT I AM"!. Peter's response from his personal experience of Jesus over 3 years.

But, you have been associating Jesus more than 3 years!. To that question if you(1) enjoy your life now(2) reasons for that enjoyement, God is requesting you to analyse!
See how HE has brought you to this stage of HAPPINESS, despite your silly decisions you made thr' your free will upto now!

Can you confidently answer for same question? "Yes,I lead a happy life thru' following catholic principles',

Then God says, you are having KEY OF YOUR ROOM AT KINDOM OF HEAVEN!.

CONCLUSION:

D.1 YOUR LIFE RIVER
Your life is like a river. From your birth you start
(1) Breathing
(2) Subject to earthly gravitation
(3) Water flow to sea
This is equivalent to 2 banks of the river with water flow!
From your death, you leave all banks and carry only water to sea. This is analogous to your soul(mind+freewill) to be carried to heaven(not to death sea!)
All most all religions in the world, supports developing of your 2 banks to have a healthy MIND and BODY!
Religion differs with respect to philosophy, as to the treatment of fear and sorrow, that is coming thru' your life( in your life river, the blocks that will come across to your water flow). Catholicism gives a very simple solutions as how to treat with HOLY MARY and SAINTS!

D.2 SELFEVALUATION!
Today readings invites us to have a self evaluation. This is similar Gospel sentence about Jesus;" HE SENT THE PEOPLE AWAY,AND AFTER DOING THAT HE WENT UPTO THE MOUNTAIN TO PRAY ALONE. IT GREW LATE AND HE WAS THERE ALL BY HIMSELF"M this is what LOVE is all about. Has it ever occured to you that you can only love when you are alone! WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO LOVE? It means to see a person, a situation, a thing as it really is, NOT AS YOU IMAGINE IT TO BE!. And to give the response it deserves. You can hardly be said to LOVE what you do not even see! What prevent us from seeing? Our conditioning, our concepts, our categories, our prejudices,our projections, the labels that we have drawn from our cultures!.

D.3 catholics duty!

CATHOLISM tells you, how to practice Jesus teaching in a conducive way and the CHURCH help us to do that!.(Thru' affording sacraments, with Catechism,Cannon law and Roman curia!)

Majority of church is baptized laymen!. Unless these laymen first acquire the jesus teaching, then practice to be HAPPY in their life, is the responsibility of individual. If individual person is happy, if he convince the reason for his happiness, he cannot keep his mouth shut. He has to tell to others!, that we are going to discuss next sunday!

20th Sunday Ordinary/cycle1/17-AUG-2014/FAITHFUL CATHOLIC! - in detail

Back ground:

A.1 Last few sundays, we focused on how to develop our life river. How to make stronger our 2 banks ie. GRAVITATION and HEATH   Then how to take our river to start with a mountain, to have strong water flow.(Water flow is how you develop your soul). To make it strong we learned that we should convert our talents to energy(multiplication of loaves). In order to have good water flow in your river, you should not have any blocks around the path of water. Last friday, on feast of Mary's assumption, we focus that God in HIS wisdom, shown us a method to avoid making these blocks, by inviting Holy Mary into our lives!.(Holy Mary settled the wine problem, even without the knowledge of the wedding manager at Cana!) If you get blocks(or worries/unhappiness of your loved once) , then you can always intercede to God, thru' any saint!(Whom you appreciate or know). This is beauty of christianity.

B. Preamble for today's reading:

B.1 Analyzing Christianity with other religions!.

There are 2 major types of religions
(1) God is the creator
Judaism, islam & christianity are basic religions that follows!. But christianity says there are 3 persons in one God(Holy Trinity)

(2) Natural elements created the world
Ex: Buddhism

When you consider your life river, there are more similarities, in forming 2 banks of your river from all religions!(With different basic rules to be adhere). With regard to taking your water flow up to a mountain,also have similar concepts. But with regard to avoiding or treatment of blocks in the water flow, there are considerable deviations!

When there is no God concept, you assume, that higher that you take the water flow in the mountain, it will avoid or brush off any blocks in your water flow.

B.2 Concept of removing blocks with catholicism!
God concept religions, you assume, with the intervention of God, you can remove the blocks. Catholicism basic faith is TRINITY. Here we assume, the intervention of Mary will avoid forming blocks in your water path,even without your knowledge!. while to remove any blocks formed, the intervention of saints is preferred!(As against going direct to God) .
Hence for catholics to lead a happy life, the following basic actions are proposed!

(1) Follow 10 commandments with no enemies
(2) Make your 2 banks strong by controlling your worldly desires!
(3) Convert your talents to energy

To invite Holy mary in to your life! and to avoid any fear and sorrow into your life

(4) WEAR MIRACULIOUS MEDAL AROUND YOUR NECK
(5) PRAY DAILY INDIVIDUAL ROSARY

To remove any fears / sorrows in your life

B.4: Saints:

Catholic church provide a definitive judgment of a person, with heroic values, is now listed amongst saints in the heaven!. HEROIC VIRTUE HELPS  AN ORDINARY PERSON TO ACCOMPLISH ORDINARY THINGS IN AN EXTRAORDINARY WAY. Hence saints are not those who never failed, but who never gave up!. The declaration of sainthood is considered to be an Papal Infallibility, while declaration of venerability and beatitude are not!.
In earth, you will have many friends. We ask our friends assistance on various occasions! Similarly we should develop spiritual friends. Catholic church allows that very beautifully!.
We study about our favorite saints. We go thru' their life story's. We asked them to pray for us before God. Why?


Intercessionary prayers:
Beauty of christianity is that you can extend your love to your friends by having intercessionry prayers!. Others intercede to Jesus on behalf of their family and friends!. Jesus never rebuke them and said that the sick person himself to come to Jesus directly!.(In normal day to day life we do this for our friends!). HUMAN INTERCESSION IS PART OF GOD'S PLAN, AS THE INTECESSOR STILL GOES TO ONE MEDIATER, CHRIST AND IT IS CHRIST WHO PERFORMS THE MIRACULIOUS CURES AND HEALING, NOT THE INTERCESSOR!.
MARY'S OR SAINT'S INTERCESSION GOES ON THE SAME PRINCIPLE!

C.1 Clearly indicates that God is eager the Happiness for every human, without any denomination to a religion!.
A name sake catholic may not enjoy his life from Catholicism if he did not understand the religion and doesn't practice, where as non christian, if he understand his religion according to his conditioning, can develop his river as stated above!. Cannaite women set an example for that!.

"WOMEN YOU HAVE GREAT FAITH,YOUR WISH WILL COME TO PASS", reminds
 (1) NONCHRISTIANS,who lead their life with "LOVE" will be saved
(2)intercessionary prayer is beauty of catholism( you can pray for me).


C.3 Paul says that he glorified in his ministry to gentiles,although he regret rejection of Christianity by some of his own Jews! but God will not give up them either!
Shows how God is willing to safeguard His creation!

C.4 Isaaiah says"observing what is right,doing what is just,loving God & keeping His covenant-is the way to salvation! Reminds salvation for catholics!.Path propose may be easier than other religions!

D. Conclusions:

D.1 balancing WORDLY GRAVITATION WITH SPIRITUAL GRAVITATION!

For catholics, there are many advices given in the Gospel(specially read Mathew 5 and 6 chapters!),as how to balance your earthly desires, to improve your life river to enjoy your worldly and heavenly life!

For example:

Mt15 says  "THESE PEOPLE HONOUR ME WITH THEIR LIPS,BUT THEIR HEART IS FAR FROM ME,THEY WORSHIP ME IN VAIN.."

There are many advices in gospel for us to make our life river(with strong banks with high water flow,without any blocks) in a more beautiful and powerful way.

D.2. Intercessionary prayers

If I asked to pray for my mother's recovery after she broke her shoulder, I am asking you to intercede to God for my mother!. When we pray to mary, it is the same idea: She is being asked to ask her Son,Jesus,to help someone on earth. Same with saints also!. BEAUTY OF INTERCESSIONARY PRAYER IS THAT IT AFFIRMS THAT WE ARE A SPIRITUAL FAMILY AND BIBLE EXHORTS US TO PRAY EACH OTHER(james 5:16). Mary's and saints prayers are just the same!



WHAT I SAY AND ASK FOR IS ACCOMPLISHED TO ME IN AMAZING WAYS AND WITH AMAZING SPEED!

FAITHFUL CATHOLIC ALWAYS LEADS A HAPPY LIFE!
