Cycle 2:season:easter: Sunday No: 6: Date: 10/5/2015. Lovable Catholic - in detail

Back ground:
All Easter readings are from new testament, inviting us to contemplate the basic Christianity. 40 days Lent we reflected how to resolve our life problems and during next 40 days in Easter, church invite us to reflect, how you discipline yourself in understanding Christianity and set an example for others. Last 5 sundays we contemplated

(1) Basic of Catholicism, ie Jesus resurrection- how you can fly in this life
(2) Basic of our life: always different views, and difficult to find out what is truth indicating the Cross and always we like to satisfy our 5 senses ear, eye, nose, taste and touch. What are the limits to enjoy of this 5 senses. Depends upon individual!. Indicating the 5 wounds of jesus at the cross-(Thomas doubting)
(3) Abilities of these individual 5 senses varies from person to person, unless you use these 5 senses for the glory of your creator, without laziness and anger, you will not be satisfied.(Thomas convince after seeing)
(4)As a good catholic, you have to lead your society,as a Good Shepard!. To do that you should know what are the commandments to follow and what are the other principles existing in the society, and how to guard your flock!
(5) Last sunday, you were informed that you are wine. How to bear a good wine plant with plenty of fruits. Value of manure (rosary,10 commandments, avoid 7 vices), then avoid sinning(pruning bad branches), then following God's Will(sunlight). You have option to live in dark, like night, then you will observe your wine does not bear fruit neither it will grow. Following God's will, take your life may be entirely different direction, than you think!

(6) Today we are invited to reflect, how to make many wine plants- how to love others for them to know the glory of God!

B. Preamble for todays readings:

B.1 omnipotent and omnipresence

Paul says:"ALL THAT EXIST COMES FROM GOD"reminds that God has created everything in this universe. Only God is
Eternal and Powerful.(Normally we understand Powerful means that you can do what ever you want,at any time/ but the correct word is OMNIPOTENT and OMNIPRESENT-able to do every thing and  able to present every where at all times).

when we think about ourself, I cannot replace my aching knee by myself or I cannot kill the worm, in my own stomach!. So I need support of medicine or a doctor etc. So I am powerless. If I can get the support of another human, for my convenience, I become powerful. Here powerful means, THE ABILITY TO CONTROL AND INFLUENCE EVENTS OF OTHER PEOPLES ACTIONS!. Human powerfulness is temporarily. No man in this world was powerful all the time. Even when he die, he cannot carry his power fullness.

God POWERFULNESS(OMNIPOTENT and OMNIPRESENT) should be clearly understood!.

General failure!
Most of developing countries, assume the PARENTS are GOD at home and they start WORSHIPPING them. This is due to lack of knowledge about words WORSHIPPING TO RESPECT and POWERFULNESS TO OMNIPOTENT with OMNIPRESENCE

B.2 Universality of a religion
Judaism or old testament, God selected Israelis to show the forth coming of Jesus and Jesus showed how the full freedom is given to all human, irrespective of Israelis ts, universally to all human in the world, irrespective where you live in this world. The principles and actions proposed in Catholicism is easy to practice any part of the world where it is cold climate or hot. There are no direct restriction to food or drinks(unless otherwise you take overdose). Hence the major 2 points in summary is easy to practice, if you accept and understand that God created you to lead a happy life, then you love Him. Next cardinal rule is love thy neighbor. This is also easy to practice, when you a healthy person without conditioning.

B.3 Love
Some people use Love for their own convenience or conditioning. They use 'Love' word as a excusetic (you use the word to achieve your personal goal,as a excuse). Most of the politician use this word to achieve  their own personal goals!.

Love means
(1) you should help other with your talents, not only by words!(When you have not develop your talents, how to do this)
(2)you should respect other persons freedom
They also like you with body and soul!. They also like the 5 worldly comforts coming from eyes, ears, nose, taste and touch. You cannot over do for your own comfort, at the cost of others!. Most of time we like master/slave operation!, undermining other persons freedom
(3) you should assume other person also happy to do, what you like to do in that situations.(Mat7:12)
This is named as Golden Rule by itself. Here one should be careful, not to go against 10 commandments!

Due to highly selfish motives, conditioning to most of human, they tend to forget, the results of their actions, whether other person is physically + mentally affected or not!

B.3 How to Confront others - in Love!
'...Speaking the truth in love...' Ephesians 4:15 NKJV

Sometimes love requires confronting people. But it must be done in the right way, and only over the right issues. If you spend your life correcting people you'll finish up with no credibility, and no friends.

At what point should you confront somebody?
Only when you've answered these questions:
(a) Is it important? If it involves a destructive habit, an abusive behavior, a major doctrinal error, or a situation that could hurt them, it's important - get involved.
(b) Is it chronic? If you observe the same thing happening over and over, it doesn't have to be big to get your love in gear. (c) Have you earned the right to speak? If a casual acquaintance does something unwise, it's probably none of your business. But if someone close to you does it, it's both appropriate and loving to say, 'That will hurt you.
'Paul points out four things about love in 1 Corinthians 13:4-5 NIV:

(1) 'It is not rude.' It doesn't use the aggressive, heavy-handed approach.
(2) 'It is not self-seeking.' It forgets about the need to be accepted, and makes sure that what the other person hears is filtered only by kindness. It refuses to walk away having spoken half the truth.
(3) 'It is not easily angered.' When you confront someone in love, don't be upset if you get an angry response such as, 'Who are you to tell me?' The right medicine doesn't taste good, but it heals.
(4) 'It keeps no record of wrongs.' When you have been hurt, it's critical that you deal with it and put it behind you. Only then can you confront someone for their own good

B.4 How love came as a mission statement thru' Jesus

Jesus does not pluck His mission statement from air- he quotes from the Shema Yisrael, the great prayer in Judaism found in Deuteronomy 6. The second part about the love of neighbor is taken from Leviticus 18. This mission statement stands as resounding appeal to us today. We are asked not just to believe that there is a God, but to Love God. We are asked not just to respect our neighbor, but to love our neighbor. Love is not only the truth about human beings but also truth about God, who is Love Himself.

B.5 Essential difference between old testament to new!

Old testament mentality looked at HUMANITY as being indebted to GOD,trying to find countless ways to please HIM.Then Jesus, who claim SON OF GOD,came asking people"WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO DO FOR YOU" JESUS, who was imbued by powers of GOD,walked upto people&asked"HOW CAN I HELP YOU"If they wanted to see HE opened their eyes!If they wanted to walk HE let them walk!If they wanted daughter brought back to life,HE brought their daughter back to life!If they wanted wine,HE gave them wine!If they wanted bread,HE gave them bread!,Even when they wanted HIM dead,HE died!HE did all these things without a fight!,ALL BECAUSE HE WAS COMING WITH ONE POWER"LOVE".To LOVE is to serve!.GOD IS LOVE & HE WHO LIVES WITH LOVE,LIVES IN GOD& GOD IN HIM.This may lead us to a direction where we don't want to go!.SPIRITUAL DARKNESS & EMPTINESS is the result of GOD'S CLOSENESS!

C. Today's reading:
Acts of apostle says(acts 10:25-26,34-35,44-48):"..peter..house..Cornelius..God does not have favorites..anybody who fears God..Holy Spirit came..the listeners.."

St John says(1 Jn4:7-10):"..love one another..love is God..God..sent..Son..have life through Him..takes our sins away."

Jn(19:9-17) says:"Jesus said..Father..loved me..I loved you..keep my commandments.. remain in my love..your joy..Complete..Love one another..you..my friends..not..servants..I chose you...bear fruit..Father..give..anything you ask.."

Reminds: main point is how to lead the present life happy, forgetting the previous negative or bad experience you have, against your own character or bitter experience from your friends in the society. Then it talks about the importance of knowing Catholicism principles, practice it, then when you become happy, you can be like a good shepard, and then you can be like good wine, then only you start loving the other.
Just word sake love, increase your sins without your knowledge. Hence we have to develop awareness, in our life, how to be a practical catholic, knowledge wise and how to disseminate your life in your living society, as wanted by your Creator, God. There is no uniformity of individual outputs of human. God has planned outputs individual to you, you don't have to worry about other's output!. You are an element of a non uniform society!

D. Conclusions

D.1 Catholicism, in a nut shell allow you to lead a happy present and future life, with following God's Will. Now the God is not direct, you have to develop your intelligence, how to train your Free Will(ability to chose) to follow God's Will. Church will facilitate to achieve your goals, provided, that your actions are according to Jesus teachings: follow 10 commandments, pardoning, avoid 7 vices. You are, one of the non uniform element of the God's network, where the link between 2 elements is Church. Hence it is important to know how church too propose to develop this link
(1) Our belief(Creed)
(2) How we establish connection with God(lords prayer, intercession praters thru' holy mary/saints
(3) Our worship( 7 sacraments)
(4) Our behavior or morality(10 commandments)

D.2 Cycle 1/(25/5/2014)/ Complete Catholic readings

Summary of reflections for easter!

Easter starts with risen Jesus. The basic faith of christianity. Why Jesus has risen with 5 wounds not any other? Just to resemble, our life is mainly pin on 5 worldly comforts, deriving from, eyes, nose, mouth, ear& touch. God has created each human, with different capability of these 5 senses. Forgetting God & comparing & trying to achieve other person's capability is the natural earth bound sin. Thomas showed us his disbelief!, but when he encounter with God, he realise his weakness. Then we were informed about how to be a Good Shepard; to know clearly what is Jesus teaching and what church guides us. Otherwise without our knowledge, we deviate and practice our own religion for our own convenience. Then we were reminded about good wine plant. Any plant need watering+manure(study and focus) to grow. It needs sunlight(God's will to be followed). In order to do that the branches has to be pruned. God knows which branch to be pruned, for the people who loves and follow HIM. Here our natural will has to be surrendered to God for Him to prune. .Then the last day(to day), we were informed as how to make more wine plants, for the kingdom of God. Love yourself, love your Creator, love your neighbour .This is Christianity
That is why all these 6 sundays, all 3 major readings are only from new testament. THE ESSENCE OF CHRISTIANITY!. Next 2 sundays readings invite you to reflect, THE OUTCOME OF PRACTISING CHRISTIANTY; Happiness and knowledge will be addressed!

Cycle 2:season:easter: Sunday No: 5: Date: 3/5/2015. Adoptable Catholic

Back ground:
During Easter, church invites us to contemplate, all 3 major readings from new testament, in order for us to understand clearly, the new message of God, thru' his son Jesus. God has reinforced the full freedom to all human, to identify Him as the creator, and enjoy happiness, as intended by Him. HE now, never interfere to the Free Will of human. The new concept sums up how to surrender your will to God's Will, and see how you enjoy Happiness in this life. Last 4 sundays we were informed about
(1)Major characteristic of Catholicism, ie Jesus resurrection- to indicate your should balance the earth bound needs to spirituality
(2) Cross and 5 wounds- in life always your truth and my truth are different. Hence always we find a cross in leading our life. We hang on a cross, with 5 wounds like Jesus. 5 wounds resembles, the 5 doors of comfort coming to each human, thru' ear, nose, eyes, mouth and touch.(Thomas doubting)
(3) If we don't use these 5 senses,(encraving too much on these senses) for the glory of God, we are sinning. How to find God's will for you!(Thomas convince after seeing)
(4)Last sunday, we reflected, while we respect all religions in this world. We cannot add their concepts with our principles, which result in making hybrid religion without your knowledge specific to you.

Today it reflects the important, characteristics of society and God, with respect to new teaching, with the example of vine plant!.

B. Preamble to todays readings:

B.1 Can you live alone?
No body in this world can live alone. Think about a loaf of bread, on your table. Around 350 people have coordinated to produce that(some growing wheat, some getting harvest, some drying, some baking..etc). If any person in between refuse to carry out his job, you will not get the loaf of bread. All most all requirements of life, you need another person support. We live in a interdependent society. We need another person support to lead our life. Now God does not lay 'Manna' from sky!. He will send your food with another person. When we need another human to our happiness, obviously we have to love him. This is Christianity" love thy neighbor'

B.2. What is the purpose of life?
You have a borrowed time in this life. The purpose of every human is to be happy with time. You might have enjoyed happiness, say previous years but now if you are unhappy, purpose of your present life is lost. Catholicism, tell you a simple path of eternal happiness(from now, even after death)!. In order to lead a happy life, you should convert your inborn talents to energy to serve other humans, for the glory of God!.(Not for the glory for your self- effect of 7 vices).

B.3HOW TO DEVELOP OUR ENERGY?
Powerful means how much you can influence other person to carry out your instruction. When other person refuses, then you become powerless. You cannot kill, the worm inside your stomach. You needa pill. You cannot operate your own body. You need a surgeon. So you are powerless. With the support of other human you become powerful. Human life is powerless! Human life is time dependent, and the body is perishable. ONLY SOUL(mind+free will) will be eternal! Under this scenario, how to develop our talents to serve other human?
Our talents can be converted to energy by
(1)be happy(peaceful mind)- avoid anger+laziness develop in your life. Then hand over your worries/sufferings to Holy mary(worry less mind), then avoid 7 vices(Anger, slot, pride, lust, envy, avarice, gluttony)
(2) with good health(without laziness, do enough excercises, drinking water)
(3) using latest technology(be efficient-per unit time many works can be carried out)

Your life river, water flow can be strong, by developing your talents to ENERGY!

C. Today's reading:

Acts of apostles says(Acts9:26-31) "when Saul..join..disciples..all afraid.. Barnabas.. introduced him..Lord appeared to Saul..how he preached..name of Jesus..churches.. filled..Holy spirit"

John says(1Jn 3:18-24) says:"..our love..not..mere talk..but..active..whatever we ask..shall receive..His Commandments.. believe..Jesus..Love one another..God lives in him.."

Jn(15:1-8) says"I am..true wine..branch..no fruit..cuts..and..bear fruit..even more..U'r home in me..cutoff from me..not remain.."

Reminds:

The following major points, you can notice with respect to wine
(1)Wine need good fertiliser+water for it to grow.
(2)wine,grows,with many branches, towards sunlight
(3)You prune bad branches with no grapes.

WINE IS SIMILAR TO YOU!

 Similarly you need
(1) tofollow10 comms,avoid 7vices,pray daily Rosary-equivalent to fertiliser+water
(2)Your baptised life grows in society under God's supervision-sunlight resembles God's will for you
(3)to folllow God's will for you, prune bad branches, where bad habits you are dragged to sinn and, also bad associations.

Then you will see, your talents are develop, the way God wants!

Wine is sign of Happiness. Is your catholic life similar to fruitfull wine plant?U?

D. Conclusion:
Today all 3 readings gives us the essential message of Jesus.
(1)Identify God's mercy in your life, and change(prune)
(2)Clearly identify the rules that has to be followed to be follower of Jesus. live according to 10 commandments, practice pardoning, avoid 7 vices(anger, sloth,
pride, lust, avarice, envy, gluttony).develop a happy mind in leading your life!
Follow the God's will for you
(3)Always think that you are powerless, with the help of others you become powerful.
When you become powerful you observe the following characteristics:
(A) you have punishing and rewarding abilities. Punishing means to identify what is wrong and indicate to others)
(B) you develop a good public opinion
(C) you will be patriotic(this means you love your living society)
(D) you do actions for the grace of God, hence you will not allow vastage of any form
(E) you become influential(what ever you need, it will be given)

TODAY READINGS DIRECT YOU TO OBSERVE HELICOPTER VIEW OF CATHOLISM THRU' PLANT OF WINE!

Cycle 2:season:easter: Sunday No: 4: Date: 26/4/2015 Iawful Catholic - in detail

Back ground:
During Easter Sundays you will notice that all 3 major readings are from new testament. This indicates, that during Easter, you have to contemplate on new teachings of Christianity. 1st sunday of Easter, we found the Jesus resurrection, 2 nd sunday, we found, that christianity, is harping on not too much craving to our 5 senses. 3 rd sunday we found, the essential feature of catholism, how to find God's will for you. You belong to one element of God's society, where HE request you to do a different function. Today, you are invited to analyze, the essential difference of Christianity with other religions that exist in the world. While we respect all religions we have to be clear about the essential conceptual differences between others!

Preamble to todays reading:

B1 What is truth?
Your mind will decide what is truth for you and your Free Will carry out action according to that truth, Your truth may be different to my truth. Then what is the truth in Catholicism. To follow Catholicism, you should clearly believe and understand that Jesus has resurrected and You should practice the teachings of Jesus which is clearly given in new testaments. The ultimate outcome of following Catholicism is to lead a happy life both in this world and after death. Jesus new teaching, the guiding path or guiding law is same as old testament I.e 10 commandments. He fulfill this law, to allow Freedom to all humans, to use their Free Will, by developing pardoning principle. As against revenge actions practiced by old testament, by a chosen crowd. HE then showed us how to follow the God's will by each and individual human, to see the beauty of this world, as seen by God at the creation.
Every religion in this world, promote peace in the society, while they request to practice Love. To achieve these things they teach different paths. For example for catholics, the major law to be followed is 10 commandments, with no enemies. In Buddhism they have basic 5 rules(pansil).
In Muslim, they have 5 pillars.

There are 3 types of religions:
(1) God has created this world and you have being created by God.
(2) 5 basic elements creation
(3) No body has created, world exist on there own
Depending upon this difference of creation, there are 3 concept of outcome of living
(1) You live for happiness
(2) Life in this world is sorrow, and depend upon your previous rebirths(karma)
(3) You face life as it is moving with happy and sorrow

From this basic concepts, one can develop, what actions are needed for you to follow each and every religion!.

B.2. THE LIVING OF FAITH: THE TEN COMMANDMENTS:(Morality)

B.2.(1)The Bible does not number the commandments, who did and how?

The Bible itself never assigns a number to any one of the 10 commandments. They are listed twice in the scripture, in Exodus 20:2-17 and Deuteronomy 5:6-21

St Augustine(354-430A.D), bishop of Hippo, was the first to assign numbers to the ten commandments.

10 commandments:
(1) Thou shalt have no other Gods before Me
(2) Thou shall not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain
(3) Keep holy the Sabbath Day
(4) Honor thy father and mother
(5) Thou shalt not kill (means only HUMANS)(reson: 10 commandment exist before to JESUS, during that time one of the method of WORSHIPPING GOD was, slaughtering of animals, spreading of blood over the offering table.)
(6) Thou shall not commit adultery
(7) Thou shall not steal
(8) Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor
(9) Thou shall not covert thy neighbor's wife
(10) Thou shalt not covert thy neighbors goods
Note: Obs: there are 3 parts, com 1- 5 God & you, com 6-8 deals personal to you, com 9-10 deals with you & society.

B.2.(3) Difference of numbering of 10 commandments:

Because idolatry is the worship of false gods, St Augustine presumed Exodus 20:4/Deuteronomy5:8("Thou shall not make unto thee any graven image") was just a continuation of Exodus 20:3/Deuteronomy5:7("Thou shalt have no other God's before me"). In other word they belong in the same paragraph.
Origen and some Greek fathers of the church saw injunction against graven images and idols a separate commandment from the one forbidding worship of other Gods. This point of view would become the position of the Anglican, Calvanist, and Presbyterian churches. Hence, both systems counts the same first commandment as the same(no false Gods) but the catholic-luthern numbering(thanks to Augustine) counts number 2" Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain" where as the other system numbers that commandment as number 3. And it goes on, each one being one number different from the other until the very end. Then it is catch up timem the catholics-lutherens system divides Deuteromomy 5:21/Exodus 20:17 into 2 seperate commandments, number 9 being" Thou shalt not covert thy neighbour's wife" and number 10 being" Thou shall not covet thy neighbors goods". The anglican-calvanist systems keeps them together as number 10.

B.2.(4) How bible organized in chapters?

it was not until 1205 A.D that sephen langton, archbishop of Canterbury, divided the books of the Bible into chapter numbers, and it was another 350 years(in 1555 A.D) before Robert Stehanus the Bible chapters into verses. The original texts were written with no chapter,no verse, and no punctuation.

B.2.(5) More details from Catechism:

Articles 1691 through 2557 of the catechism of catholic church looks at all 10 commandments as the spring board for moral teaching and ethical behavior for the believers. There is a difference in numbering between the ten commandments cited by the catholics and Lutherans and the once cited by the other protestant traditions.

B.3. Recent development to bring harmony with other religions

Most of the Government in the world are helping to create conditions favorable to the fostering of religious life, in order that the people may be truly enable to exercise their religious rights and to full fill their religious duties, and also in order that society itself may profit by the moral qualities of justice and peace which have their origin in men's fulfillness to their religious outcomes.
In the view of peculiar circumstances obtaining among peoples, special civil recognition is given to one religious community in the constitutional order of society, it is at the same time imperative that the right of all citizens and religious communities to religious freedom should be recognized and made effective in practice.
Finally, government is to see to it that equality of citizens before the law, which is itself an element of the common good, is never violated, whether openly or covertly, for religious reasons. Nor is there to be discrimination among citizens.

B.4 Religious harmony with Moslems
Reference: the documents of vatican page 388- chapter 3 quote)

The church regards with esteem also the Moslems. They adore the one God, living and subsisting in Himself; merciful and all powerful, the creator of heaven and earth, who has spoken to men; they take pains to submit whole hearted ly to even His inscrutable decrees, just as Abraham, with whom faith of Islam take pleasure in linking itself, submitted to God. Though they don't acknowledge Jesus as God, they revere Him as a Prophet. They also honor Mary, His virgin mother; at times they even call her with devotion. In addition, they await the day of judgment when God will render their desert to all those who have been raised up from the dead. Finally, they value the moral life and worship God, specially through prayer, alms giving and fasting.
Since the course of centuries not a few quarrels and hostilities have arisen between Christian and Moslems, the vatican II urges all to forget the past and to work sincerely for mutual understanding and to preserve as well as to promote together for the benefit of all mankind social justice and moral welfare, as well as peace and freedom.

B.5 Stone rejected by you the builders, but which has proved to be the key stone.

Pope Francis in his encyclical 1, on faith says" Those who choose not to put their trust in God must hear the din of countless idols crying out:'Put your trust on me'
Their lives becomes futile, and their works barren, like a tree far from water. Once you think to turn away from God, your life begins to fall apart. In many areas in our lives we trust others who know more than we do. We trust the architect who builds our home, the pharmacist who gives us medicine for healing, the lawyer who defends us in court. We also need someone trust worthy and knowledgeable where God is concerned. Jesus, the son of God, is the one who makes God known to us.(Cf. Jn 1:18). ALL THREADS OF OLD TESTAMENT CONVERGE ON CHRIST. We believe Jesus when we personally welcome him into our lives and journey towards him, clinging to him in love and following in His footsteps along the way.
Finally Jesus left His mother, as our mother, only after doing so did Jesus know that"ALL WAS FINISHED"(Jn 19:28). At the foot of the Cross, at the supreme hour of the new creation, Christ led us to Mary. He brought us to her, because HE did not want us to journey without a mother, and our people read in this maternal image all the mysteries of the Gospel.

C. Today's reading:
Acts of apostles says(4:8-12)"..One you crucified..raised from dead..stone rejected..key stone.."

St john says(1Jn 3:1-2) "..think..love..father..God's children..what..we..see him.."

Gospel of John says(JN 10:11-18)
"Jesus said..I..good shepard..laid..His life..hired man..abandoned..sheep..runs..wolf coming..I lay..life..my own freewill..

Reminds: that we live in multi religious society. In order to understand Jesus teaching, we should be very clear of the law that has to be followed. I.e same 10 commandments(law) before to Jesus given in the old testament, but now we should practice pardoning, instead of taking revenge(teeth to teeth) practice those days. Otherwise we will be name sake catholics, without enjoying happiness in our life, as promised by our creator God!.
we cannot play foot ball, with Volleyball rules. We cannot drive a car, without knowing rules of that country. In America  you drive on the right hand side of the road, where as you drive in Uk, on the left hand side. Unfortunately, most of catholics, have develop their own religion for their own convenience, derived from their laziness and conditioning. Catholicism provide very simple method to enjoy happiness in this life-i.e
(1) Follow same 10 commandments
(2) Avoid anger, and always have a pardoning heart
(3)Hand over your sorrows/fears/disagreements to Holy mary/saints
(4)Follow God's will, by avoiding 7 vices(anger,sloth,pride,envy,avarice,lust and gluttony)

D. Conclusion:

This 4th sunday of easter, we were informed about the value of Good Shepard. It clearly indicates the easiest salvation to avoid fear and sorrow in our life is to practice the simple actions given by Jesus. We have to be clear that old testament we got to know how God has sent JESUS, to give full freedom to humans, to enjoy Happiness. FREEDOM IS NOT AN OPTION OR DIVERSITY OF OPINION, BUT THE ABILITY TO ACT WITHOUT BEING FORCED TO DO SO. Jesus teaching is easy to be practice (1) Universally (2) no restrictions to food/drinks (not to excercise gluttony)(3) No auspicious times, start work etc.
One should be clear, about the basic teachings of Jesus, when compared to other religions in order for him to practice and enjoy life!
